eversign vs. Inhubber

EverSign is well-suited for smaller organizations needing to sign any volume of documents, but is unable to afford more expensive options, like DocuSign. The functionality and options are impressive for how cost-effective it is compared to better-known alternatives. If you are sending many larger documents, EverSign may not be the best option. It can be difficult to review the documents in EverSign itself, so it's better suited to signing a larger document already reviewed off the platform. Organizations that can afford to pay the higher price for a more efficient option may want to do so.

It covers the basic contract management functions like setting deadlines, organizing documents in one place, and sending them for signature very well. We use it to reduce document complexity and extract and enhance metadata. It's perfect for managing obligations and information stored in contracts. In fact, AI-powered extraction is a great help to set up all relevant tasks during the initial contract management. It is perfect if you want to explicitly share not only the contract itself but also the attachments.

• Ease of use. Unlike Docusign, when you create text fields on your doc, it allows you to enter the text into the box directly, whereas I have to click on the field and enter the text on the right hand side panel in Docusign.
• Speed. The documents load pretty quickly.
• Notification. It informs you every time a signer has signed the doc.

• It tracks contract expiration dates, renewal periods, etc.
• Automates and manages approvals and helps maintain order in contract management.
• Keeps contracts in a secure location and supports version control.
• Saves time by extracting useful data, e.g. deadlines.
• Provides a very handy reminder management system.

• Using the template was a little hard to understand when setting it up for users to sign.
• If you don't know where to click, logging in can be a little confusing.

• If you just want to quickly look something up the tool can feel a bit overloaded like it's trying to do everything at once.

The platform helps you to get your things done. It is designed the way so that user spends as little time as possible on dealing with low-value activities like labeling, structuring, signing and focuses more on the things that will determine how much you will get out of the contract, like setting reminders for the deliverables, extracting the key information, etc.

It's easy to understand and to use, though I still recommend asking a colleague or contacting support to get a quick tutorial for first-time users.

DocuSign is another alternative. However, it is much more expensive. For a small business we tried to avid working with companies that are more expensive. DocuSign is more well known too, and perhaps has more features. However we can find other alternatives to these features. Like sorting and uploading these documents manually. However for a larger company, this would be something to take into account.

• It saves time by replacing channels for document encryption. No need for emails; makes work safer and easier to figure out what document the team is working on.
• No need to switch between the platforms to sign documents.
• No need to read the whole document; just the places AI highlighted.
