EverWebinar vs. GoContact

EverWebinar is a great product and tool for digital entrepreneurs and course creators. Or for anyone who utilizes live and prerecorded evergreen webinars to sell things and reach their customers to solve problems. It is a robust program that does many things and does them well.

GoContact is a good choice for medium and larger contact centers who deal with more than 2k calls per day for example. This software is a leader in managing Outbound Campaigns and it's easy to use. It's also suitable if you don't have a CRM and want to manage tickets and omnichannel customer service. If you just want an easy to use and easy to setup software and just making occasional outbound calls there's cheaper solutions.

• EverWebinar can improve on the way they have the timing set-up it's set to GMT and not local time. Makes it confusing.
• EverWebinar can improve on their reporting. It's very limited and you can't really tell if people showed up later and watched your pitch or if they only watched so many minutes before your pitch. They need to really improve their reporting. It's super confusing. Although the data charts look nice, it's not helpful.
• EverWebinar doesn't really play nice with ActiveCampaign. So be warned if you're trying to connect both of them. You will have to find a third party software to integrate them nicely.

Everwebinar has overall good usability due to its easy-to-use interface. This is the main reason I am giving this rating. There are more things that could be improved including the landing page templates. We have reflected this to support however this has not been addressed at all.

Every user adapts quicky to the workspace and functionality but technically it should be easier to deal with the soft phone configuration. Team Leaders and Business Managers can get all the information they need to make decisions with a high level of usability. GoContact should think about bringing their software to an app version like their competition is doing.

Fortunately, I have not had to contact support for anything up to this point so really can't give a rating. I will be sure to update my review in the event that I need to in the future. Hopefully I will not need to as it is very user friendly

Their support was in fact an extension of my team since day 1 and helped us in a big way with training, set up and solving operational doubts and issues in a fast and truly interested way. Personally, I had an account manager 24/7 at my disposal without any additional charge or something. They also care about our business and provide tips so we can get better results.

EverWebinar is easier to use and a more robust platform. The significant factor is the functionality of analytics, which lets you know how your webinars are performing and can make adjustments as necessary. The other platforms do not offer this and can be more complicated to use and implement.

Since I was looking for a solution that allowed me to move about 50 door-to-door sellers to remote telemarketing work I needed a solution that was easy and fast to set up and to manage from a distance. GoContact is a leader in massive outbound solutions and very well recommended by people in my network.

• We've been able to easily make back the money that EverWebinar costs with selling $300 products up to $2000 products.
• Automating an already successful webinar with EverWebinar is a smart move. Don't try and create one that isn't proven to work.
• There are several webinar platforms out there but EverWebinar does a great job with turning it evergreen.
