It will be an apt tool where only performance management is the requirement of the company in case there is no such tool in place. Like for a startup where the tool is yet to implement, this can help in managing the performance management with ease and a simple interface. Within a large organization where the requirements are beyond performance management, this tool will fall short

Read full review Cons Leaderboards: I think it's great to have one, it's a strong motivator, but to my knowledge, there's no room for customizations/separate leaderboards the way there is for the different content streams. Seems like a no-brainer that each content stream/group should have its own leaderboard. With one general leaderboard, I've seen it actually discourage people from participating, b/c they see Joe Smith with over a thousand shares, etc. and feel like they'll never catch up, so why bother. Separate, customized leaderboards would be a right direction for this product. This is really one of the only areas I think this tool is really lacking in. Read full review I believe this tool can also hold the rewards and recognition function as well which can help in managing it along with performance management This tool should also have an option to record 1:1 discussions and earlier reviews along with the yearly performance management Remuneration details are although an HR function and should be within the company’s restricted information however the yearly bonus and increment details can also be sent across this tool and that will be recorded accordingly. I gave it this rating because it is easy to use, creates positive competition between employees about who can have the most impact on the brand, engages others in a way we have not yet been able to duplicate and is very simple.

I consider that EveryoneSocial stacks up against other platforms since it has more complete and useful tools that we can use to acquire better results in productivity and time management. As well, it has been a very user-friendly platform. It was a smooth transition that worked for the best of everyone.

Leapsome had much more flexibility in terms of configuration. We could add specific questions in surveys that need to ask, as well as select questions suggested by Leapsome or earlier asked questions. The output of the survey is amazing as well, its graphical, lets us know the tone of employees and individuals.
