Growave (formerly SocialShopWave), a small company in Kyrgyzstan, offers a Social Login app for Shopify stores, and social product reviews and comments.
If you are looking for a strong product that is highly customizable, Onebox is a great choice. It can be difficult to navigate, but almost every feature you would need is included somewhere.

After an exhaustive search, I was excited to choose Growave for my biz rewards & loyalty program, the Smile High Club™. The app is very customizeable so has checked off every requirement as far as our branding style guide goes. The greatest thing about Growave is its people. They are so kind, patient & know their stuff!! They always have an answer for me

The scheduling is very granular, but the interface for setting up the schedule isn't the easiest to navigate.
I would like the ability to copy or clone schedules. We have 3 different schedules on three different hunt groups and when there are changes to be made, I would like to be able to make the change on one schedule and copy that for another hunt group.
The interface for the users to change some of their settings (password, phone, email, etc) isn't very user friendly. I usually have to walk users through changes, and at that point, it is easier for me to just make the changes myself.

Not really anything there that would necessarily be needed, or that troubled the usage of the app. Of course, there were some "problems" or how I would better describe it "things that needed to be changed" when we first started with the app, but the back office is very easy to use and understand and if there was something, that couldn't be solved there, the customer service was very easy to respond, handle and solve the situation. So that's not really a drawback, because I guess it's a normal thing.
The only thing that could be adapted, is that the emails are not multilingual. So it is not possible to translate them even with another translation app. So that's sort of bad for a multilingual shop, but is only a minor drawback.

We're currently a small newly launched eCommerce business so our needs are pretty basic. This app is free and does what we need it to and Growave's customer support and their dev team are super patient, helpful and attentive.
They are super attentive and will work with you to make sure that Growave is properly integrated on your site. I had a few conversations with them. They always had prompt replies and they helped to create some custom solutions so that their modules matched the style of our website. It was overall a really great experience working with them.

I was not an employee when Onebox was selected, but I have used Avaya and Nortel PBXs in the past and while it is not as powerful, it has a lot of great features and a much lower cost of entry.

Yotpo seems to have more ways to integrate your reviews with other features on your site, but Growave is a simple solution for people who aren't actively focusing their attention on reviews. Yotpo also seems to have better filters for negative keywords and swear words (important for children's toy company). However, Yotpo carries a much higher price tag.
