Overall Satisfaction with Growave (formerly SocialShopWave)
I use it for my online store, JestPaint.com to reward my customers, collect reviews, and interact with them by answering product questions. It also allows my customers to post pictures on their reviews.
- Rewards for purchases and other actions.
- Collect reviews and Q&A.
- Excellent customer service.
- Show products added to Wishlist's.

- Very positive. Thousands of customers have left amazing reviews and used their rewards.
I have not used any other before because this one was great from the get go.

1 - CEO of the company mainly, which is also in charge of customer retention and customer experience along with customer service in general.
1 - Just the CEO which has some knowledge on the app and can always reach out to their support staff which is very helpful and responsive.

- The Q&A section as a selling opportunity was new to us
- Rewarding customers for their birthday has created some good feedback
