FacilityBot vs. IFS Assyst

Facilities Managers spend their days ensuring that the building operations are running smoothly and efficiently. Using FacilityBot helps them to digitize their FM workflows so that can manage their time more easily and effectively. It's all about working smarter, not harder! The asset management function of FacilityBot is also beneficial and useful. The tool also provides easy-to-read statistics reports for users.

I would suggest that in this product class, you get what you pay for. Although it is was sold as SAAS with a nearly 'plug and play' implementation, at least one full time highly trained admin is needed for ongoing support. I would advise a team implementation strategy.

• Limited checklist templates
• To have extension for the free trial
• There is room for improvement in terms of customization of simple reports.

• Service requests, incident, problem, and change management
• Knowledge mgmt is not-existent - the product uses a WIKI for it's own knowledge base.
• Axios help desk does is not knowledgable and does not follow up on reported incidents
• Training is incomplete - no real resources available except billable by the hour.

FacilityBot replaced multiple layers of coordination and communication between users and subcontractors. There are many facilities management systems that are not user-friendly on the market. Most of them do not support multiple communication methods and are costly. Unlike FacilityBot, the implementation wasn't as straightforward. In terms of features, not many are as feature-rich as FacilityBot.

Axios assyst outperforms JIRA in every aspect, JIRA is a good job system but when it comes to complex processes and configuration management then JIRA is simply not the right system.
