By using Factors.AI, we identified some automobile giants who have landed on our site and are checking our products and services, by doing our research on LinkedIn and identifying the right decision maker, we were able to set up a high level meeting and convert them into an opportunity. ReportGarden works really well for us because it takes the human element out of creating reports. We can automate monthly, weekly, even daily reports and send them directly to clients without any direct intervention. This saves us a ton of time we can use to analyze reports instead of format them.

• Cross-platform reporting all in one place; this is a strength because there are very few tools that offer this.
• Easy-to-use platform layout - everything is clean cut and simple; this is a strength because many other tools out there are complicated and don't look great.
• Built well for agencies, and organizations where there are multiple users, and/or multiple clients; this is a strength, because this is ideal for agencies such as ours.

Its too much of jumping of tabs in the UI. This can be made better. I see other tools have mastered this and have all the identification under a single screen instead of navigating between tabs. We could also iprove the traditional UI/UX interface and mix and match good colours to make the interface more appealing. Right now it feel a little traditional

The best part about Factors.AI compared to these other tools is that the intent identification is just another module in all other tools where as the identification part if the core business of Factors.AI, it does this perfecly well and accurately identifies companies that are visiting our site and have a decent buying intent. So i highly recommend Factors.AI for this feature.

Kissmetrics offers a great product, but it can also be painfully expensive. We love the product they're able to provide, but when it came to overhead costs, it didn't make sense for us. ReportGarden is far less expensive and seems to deliver more value, so the decision to go with them was pretty easy. We've upgraded tiers to accommodate more clients a few times and still pay less than Kissmetrics' bottom tier.
