Overall Satisfaction with ReportGarden

We currently use ReportGarden as a solution for cross-platform reporting with our digital paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. It's being used throughout our paid media department, for the clients our agency manages. Other departments - such as sales or SEO - do not use it.
  • Cross-platform reporting all in one place; this is a strength because there are very few tools that offer this.
  • Easy-to-use platform layout - everything is clean cut and simple; this is a strength because many other tools out there are complicated and don't look great.
  • Built well for agencies, and organizations where there are multiple users, and/or multiple clients; this is a strength, because this is ideal for agencies such as ours.
  • ReportGarden is sometimes too simplistic, and doesn't allow you to get down into the details as much as you might need to for more sophisticated clients.
  • Sometimes we've had issues with getting all of our separate platforms/campaigns to work together in reporting.
  • It would be great if there were different levels to ReportGarden that would allow for more sophisticated agencies to buy into higher-level, more detailed reporting tools.
  • It has saved us time in reporting across platforms.
  • It has saved us money by being able to monitor things like spend across multiple platforms and catch overspends.
  • It has created greater efficiency for us in cross-optimizing our campaigns on multiple platforms, getting our clients better results.
ReportGarden, compared to other tools, is more simplistic - however, that is a strength for less sophisticated, smaller agencies or organizations looking for a simple, affordable tool for reporting. It is easier to learn, easier to use, it costs less, and it integrates better with multiple tools and platforms. However, it also tends to be a bit glitchier, and less sophisticated in its reporting.

ReportGarden has been fantastic for us, as a smaller agency, when we need an affordable tool for multiple, smaller clients who are on many different platforms and need to report on all of our metrics, across all tactics, for a holistic picture. ReportGarden has also been easy-to-use for our newer employees, with its simplified platform layout and tools.
