A dedicated customer support agent would be great as well as we are managing over $500k/mo in ad spend through their platform. Having to go through an automated support/chat/email is a bit annoying. There are many tools on the market, and Revenuewize is great for both account review and direct account management. The keyword tools enable you to focus budgets on best-performing keywords and exclude or reduce bids on unprofitable or poor performers. Alternatives Considered	BigCommerce Without a doubt they are a great partner and the service and attention is much better and without a doubt the knowledge of the market and the management of a feed comes from Feedonomics with more experience and quality. We haven't found any other vendor that matches Feedonomics quality and service so we must say they are the best option.
