If you have more requirements on a program you might need to be able to look into something more advanced. But it is totally sufficient to start out with when editing the first videos. Rather than opening Windows snipping tool (or other free products) and needing to save each one as fast as you can, SnagIt saves all of them and you can go back and delete the ones you don't want. Support Rating	I'm giving this a ten because I haven't needed the support in any way, however, I've gotten correspondence from them letting me know that they are available if needed. I've seen reviews saying the support is lacking but those were years ago. I'm assuming they've figured everything out by now. Implementation Rating	No answers on this topic	It's a simple next next finish install. The SnagIt Library in the user profile should probably be backed up to make sure they have access to their old screen captures. We frequently will go back to previous captures and add context bubbles etc. when software changes to show the "old" vs "new". Also, go to SnagIt's website and download the additional Stamp Sets for the user. These are terrific. I wish there was one download to get them all, but you have to download and install them one set at a time. It's worth it - especially for training how-to's. Our time is valuable so the ROI there is very high. I think the most positive impact is with the clients. They love the explainers and the training videos. It makes their life easier as they can watch on their time as opposed to setting up an online meeting and then never really covering what we need to. A very big convenience factor that my clients have thanked me for more than once. The only negative is that it's not free!
