Fin vs. SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud)

I can't think of anything off the top of my head regarding less appropriate. However, this product is very customizable. I think with some improvement in reporting it could be better, however, I would recommend due to these types of things. I love the knowledge base and creating those help centers. I would say that it is fairly easy to set up, but once you set it up, not really knowing all the things, it's hard to go back and change, so it would be nice to have an overall idea of guidance prior to the original setup that can just be improved over time.

SAP Cloud ERP is best suited for medium- to large-sized organizations seeking scalability, real-time insights, and standardized processes. • The beginner's user-friendly UI can help learners learn easily, and it feels a bit complex.

We have been and will be continuing our journey with Intercom and nothing too concerning has happened that I have experienced or heard of that has us on the edge yet. If it ever happens it will be something along the lines of "Outgrowing" the use of need of the platform.

The cost of SAP as an ERP is quite high and the switching costs associated with ERP systems are even higher. That being said moving from one ERP to another only happens once in a great while for large organizations. Those switching costs include retraining, IT hardware requirements, outside consultants and more

Intuitive is a very accurate descriptor. Features do not seem to be hidden by poor UI. Things are usually where you would expect them to be, and the UI has been designed to make it pleasant to work within the platform. The platform also scales really well. Both small and large organizations can achieve a great return on investment by using it.

SAP Cloud ERP is a useful solution for automating and streamlining business processes. It offers modern technologies such as built-in AI, machine learning, and real-time data analytics. It offers multi-currency, multi-language support to manage international operations smoothly. It comes with a modern, role-based user interface that enhances your user experience and lets you perform tasks smoothly.

I can get help by asking Fin questions about itself. It answers accurately, citing its own Help Center resources with visuals. It can reason and dialogue well. But when it comes to getting human support for Fin, it is not as quick. It can sometimes take a few days. They are polite and well-meaning. Some things aren't their fault (product limitations), but there was one occasion where something took a long time to resolve with lots of back and forth but it was I who found out the error in the end that they missed, so they didn't really help resolve it.

The support system I find great as whenever I run into problems they rectify them quickly as possible they never reacted late the support is just up to the mark for me. They provide many solutions to the problems I faced the [technical] team support is always amazing they [listen] to mean work accordingly.

SAP requires
a lot of internal and external resources to complete its successful
implementation. The cloud version requires a deeper understanding of the
different capabilities of the local systems (hardware) and the connection
towards your local IT team. We found several problems on our systems that we
couldn't foresee before the implementation and roll out.

Fin far surpasses these other options in platform features and capabilities. Fin allows for side-by-side use by both the Marketing and Support teams, while none of the other similar products did that well. Most platforms are designed for one or the other, not both.

The platform utilizes advanced predictive analytics to anticipate operational bottlenecks and put them out of commission before the problems become larger. We can proactively develop effective strategies that help keep service quality in the face of unexpected changes in the market, or external disruptions, by continuously analyzing historical performance data as well as elements of the current market

• New role opportunities — Using the “Fin-first” approach has reduced the workload for our Tier 1 team, giving them more time to focus on their own career growth. It’s also opened the door to a dedicated, AI-focused role, where a team member regularly reviews Fin’s answers and makes updates to help it perform even better.

• Surpasses many well reputed applications in terms of performance and data insight when you are into SAP products
• More reliable and secure as we are not going to create multiple copy of master data, one single shared master data and all will work like charm
• For authentication we can also use Microsoft MFA or Google single sign-on , so less complexity
• For customized business process, we can implement extension packages which are like templates
