REIsift, Leftmain - salesforce, invelo, investorfuse...used all of those in the past. REsimpli is easier to use than those and the regular updates seem to be pushing the CRM in the right direction instead of focusing solely on upsells or rarely used features.
REsimpli has simplified, and made the app easy to use. I could not do or be as successful at what I am doing if it were not for the the great tool I have with REsimpli. I can see at a glance what needs to be done daily regarding the leads I have, and I am reminded of things I need to do on daily basis. This is where the recurring tasks would come in handy!
REsimpli is very user friendly, they also have a lot of training content and support available by chat. The user interface is very intuitive and is quite easy to navigate. I myself need to look into the accounting features a bit more so I can get the value from those.
I have used Guru. They are different since one is a CRM and the other is a knowledge base. Guru definitely has a lot of good features for finding good information, but it doesn't have the CRM features of Follow Up Boss, like calling, chatting, emailing, and classifying customers.
I have only used REsimpli as a real estate investor customer relationship manager. Therefore, I cannot compare it with any other program. However, I have looked into other programs and none seem to offer the suite of features that REsimpli offers.
