Freedcamp vs. KeyedIn Enterprise

I have used a number of different Project Management Tools and this is the one I always make the team come back to, it's easy to use, has great support, and can be used by people of various levels of technical ability. When planning a complicated network, that needs to be sold to a customer, all people within the company have needs that have to be addressed, from the obvious technical, but also legal, regulatory, finance, and ordering of equipment and all these have different milestones, that interconnect, this is where Freedcamp shines, it allows all of the company to work together to achieve the technical sale.

KeyedIn is well suited for a number of projects from IT, Sales, Development and Marketing. It is pretty flexible so implementing it into any number of workflows seems fairly easy due to it's customizability.

I always come back to using Freedcamp, I've used others, but keep coming back.

It basically provides everything we need in terms of functionality. No tool is perfect and this one can improve in the visual department and maybe doesn't offer quite as much as the most advanced project management tools out there.

Especially a few years ago when Freedcamp was first starting, I needed support, sometimes, I'd find a bug as a heavy user, Igor and Angel are great people who are quick to reply and help you as well as the other great staff. Freedcamp's support is the best of any software product I use.

Maybe not as good and visually appealing as Jira and Trello. But it offers a much better free tier and better prices for a small organisation as we are. Freedcamp and Kanbanchi is quite similar but Kanbanchi lacks the wide range of functionality in its free tier and makes it difficult to start up in a team.

It is used to fully automate every stage in the project lifecycle and forecast on resources required to successfully complete projects. It empowers managers to complete projects in time and within the allocated budget. One of the many features that make this platform unique and suitable to many modern businesses is the portfolio management feature.

• Freedcamp has helped us juggle many tasks and complete everything on time.

• In the sense that it has assisted in closing projects more quickly so that they may be invoiced for, it seems like the ROI is a pretty quick turnaround
• By breaking out tasks into a well defined workflow it allows for accountability and consistent project delivery across all agents.
• Providing services that the end user feels satisfied with is definitely a top goal. Having well defined workflows has also helped address problems by reducing the variance in each project.
