FreJun vs. Trumpia

As an HR professional, I have to handle multiple calls a day. Using a phone continuously was something I was tired of, so with the help of FreJun Browser, calling made my work much easier and more efficient. Due to the browser calling and the click-to-call feature, I would rate it 9 out of 10.

Trumpia is very good for a small to mid-size company that sends out texts 1 to 2 times a month. If you are large organization, have a lot of email records and/or send out texts very frequently throughout the month Trumpia may not be the most cost effective option. In that case it might be better to explore whether or not your CRM has text message functionality and see how that compares to Trumpia

• They could do a better job of bridging the gap between their platform and client's CRMs to ensure that information is shared in both places.

It is user friendly application. And also if I miss the call and I was on break so it send the email notification as well so I get to know someone trying to connect with me

Click to call feature, bulk dialing, call recording feature.

We have only used Trumpia since we began sending out promotional text messages back in 2016. We have been very happy with Trumpia therefore we have not had to explore any other providers. The only other option that we may explore in the future is sending out promotional texts messages directly through our CRM and see how that works
