FREY Municipal Software vs. WebHR

If you are a municipality/municipal authority this is a great solution for billing your residents/customers. This software was developed specifically for the Public Sector. For our organization, the integration of this software solution was pretty seamless. The offerings provided by Frey Municipal Software (CUBIC) are likely best suited for a larger municipality (2,500 pop. and above). You will need appropriately trained staff to implement and use it.

I cannot think of any scenarios where WebHR would not be appropriate. It's a good solution for any size business and I see a lot of interest in the development to continue improving the solution.

• Everything is clear, simple to understand, and clearly defined

• Logging into it from our system gives an error, but after a few minutes it acknowledges me and logs in (because I am logged into our secured system)

Renewal of this product is out of my control, but if asked I would give this product a thumbs up to renew. It only gets better with time

It has great functionality but it's UI is not that good

We evaluated software solutions such as MuniBilling and Utility Billing but were impressed with the comprehensive billing solution and customer service offered by Frey through its CUBIC package.

I don't know any other products like WebHR, but I'm pretty sure it's a good solution for any organization, and it's improving constantly.

• Time Management (very efficient solution for utility/municipal billing).
• Frey's customer service and training offerings keep our staff sharp.
• Customer capture and annual revenues have increased year over year since Frey's adoption.
