Fusebill vs. IBM Sterling Order Management

Fusebill is great for a simple business that doesn't have a lot of moving pieces to their subscriptions. One of our two companies that uses Fusebill it is perfect for it because it is small and straightforward. The second you get into complicated scenarios for billing, subscriptions or detailed accounting reports, [and] Fusebill no longer serves those needs.

• RCP Based deployment
• Wider variety of sourcing configuration
• Product Documentation
• COM Features need to better so that Customer case handling is facilitated

The package of Sterling Order Management / Sterling Store / Sterling Call Center works very well and it supports the expansion to Geographies like US/EU/JP/China, some of hottest markets for e-commerce.

It works great for the simple scenarios and gives you configurability options to make it fit your business, but doesn't handle the complicated scenarios.

This is pretty non-existent. After we came on we had a dedicated person for a few months and then never heard from them again. Support requests seem to be forgotten about and we rarely got answers to the questions we were needing.

Warehouse Management System which is mainly focussed on warehouse fulfillment but not on the routing and availability tracking
