We were previously using a different review platform and it did not allow us to track our review for accuracy. It also did not allow us to send reminders if someone had not left us a review yet. GatherUp does a phenomenal job with allowing us to send reminders.

The higher the score the higher a business is listed. This score reveals how present and accurate listings are across the web. Adding or removing sources will affect the business's score, a high score on most of the review platforms helps a business rank higher on search as opposed to the competition.Screenshot of Analysis Report: From iReview's reports, the user can see what are the most used words and phrases from customers, and analyze the most used keywords and phrases from customers. Keywords and Phrases can be divided into positive and negative based on the reviews received and the ratings that they possessed. The user can check which keyword or phrase is being used in negative reviews the most. Making customers happy and receiving 5-star reviews from them is a win-win situation.
