Genbook vs. Shortcuts

I never had to reach out for any help with the system, there was really good information on how to use Genbook. Any time a new feature was out, the how-to video was right there with it. I hate that Genbook merged with Booksy, I've had nothing but issues with Booksy, There's no customer service at all, on any forms of communication if you need help with Booksy.

It can actually handle the dynamic slotting, being an organization which is extremely operations-heavy, it becomes essential to manage inventory at out hand to increase efficiency and cut-down unnecessary cost to bring-in profitability; and Shortcuts solves perfectly for that

• Manufactured time for my more essential job duties as owner
• It requires a credit card for all scheduling. Takes away the whole ask awkwardness.
• Sifts out the not so serious purveyors of massage and keeps those that are.
• Provides gift certificate purchase in increments or whole amounts. Saves me time.

• The end user’s (the customer's online booking view) is cumbersome and not very appealing in appearance.
• Email to your book of business via Genbook is missing.

• Shortcuts currently only provides expertise in salon and spa business, they can bring in expertise for different industries at hand
• The flexibility for rescheduling and cancelling the pre-booked slots can be relooked at
• Can offer additional features to the clients for a user-friendly UX

AcuBase Pro is my practice management software. The only overlap for me is that they both function as customer databases. I would love to see integration between the software in the calendars.

While Shortcuts has a more friendly UI, there are other vendors in the market that have developed their products in a way that suits user requirements from any industry. Shortcuts, in my opinion should look at expanding their use case to make it compatible for other industries as well

• Save me money. I do not need to hire a receptionist. People book directly online often without ever speaking with me.
• People can book at all hours of day or night.
