GivePulse vs. Sage HRMS

If any one wants to join as a volunteer in the Givepulse for good cause and spend their time to development of people lives, I think Givepulse is one of the beat platforms. Also any organisation can think of their CSR initiatives as they are doing very well in development of india through AID. Child education, sustainability, preserving of natural resources, womens empowerment, social justice are many topics on which they are working

Sage HRMS is a software that fits in all organizations whether small or large and this makes it the most suitable HR solution as it will help you manage your workforce even if it may appear small. The software has analytics and reporting tools that are applicable in performance management where you will use them in assessing the productivity of your employees and plan on how to improve further as a workforce. It further helps in employee on-boarding, payroll management, and talent management

• Prithibha pathashala is one of the good project
• Plantation at many places
• Building toilets and necessary education for poor families
• Ensuring social justice to the peoples of rural communities

• Can educate peoples of India about government facilities as more peoples dont know what are the government facilities and subsidiaries
• Can ensure that right help is given to right persons or not
• Advertise more on social media so that more volunteers can join the good cause

• We changed our chart of accounts. The system does not allow you to change the numbering format, so we had to start over with new databases.
• The tax return portion of the software does not file local taxes. We would definitely like to see this functionality in the future.
• The payroll piece does not handle complicated move up and move downs for union pay. This could definitely be improved upon.

I do not work with this software anymore, and I am not involved with the renewal of it. However, if I were, I would still suggest using it unless something better was introduced

Givepulse is working in many areas where others are not working to develop the indias rural part like sustainability, plantations and preserving of natural resources. Also they brings the new technologies and knowledge to help the society in better ways. Their volunteers are knowledgeable and good cooperative for helping and supporting illiterate peoples

Sage HRMS was very cost effective for a non-profit. It does all that we needed as a company and more. It also allows us to handle payroll ourselves instead of outsourcing [it].

• Sves time of organization by utilizing their CSR funds in good ways
• Sends the updates of their next CSR initiatives to the donor in advance
• Clean and neat balance sheet for financial audits

• there can be a high ROI when processing payroll in house compared to outsourced. Not to mention the flexibility you gain.
