GoHire vs. RippleMatch

If you need to hire one person then the software is a bit overkill for you. If you are looking to hire multiple people in different departments and would like to schedule interviews with multiple candidates, then this would be a good win for you. My company is a circus company, so we have to list multiple jobs often. This allows us to track those jobs and the people with ease.

The tool is extremely efficient, all features are simple and practical. For us, the only detail that could be improved would be to include a trial plan with limited resources and/or improve the price for small companies with few resources that can also take advantage of this great tool.

• It would be great if they had greater talent post-grad part of their platform.

And it's free to sign up. Their is always new job posting everyday. So this application is pretty popular compare to the rest.

• Time is money. This software allows us to streamline the process of listing and reviewing candidates.
• The software allowed us to better see a "Birdseye" view of all the applicants that we have, to make more informed hiring decisions.
