Likelihood to Recommend If you need to hire one person then the software is a bit overkill for you. If you are looking to hire multiple people in different departments and would like to schedule interviews with multiple candidates, then this would be a good win for you. My company is a circus company, so we have to list multiple jobs often. This allows us to track those jobs and the people with ease.

The candidate search options, almost always gives us the best fit for the open position. Thus, we do not have to spend more time filling up the position.
