Google Cloud Natural Language API vs. MonkeyLearn

As I mentioned in the begining, we have some influence as our client, his engagement ratio was lesser than expected for good brand/promotion integration despite of good views. We analyzed the comments and share the final insights to the influencer, he made some recommended changes and now he has good engagement ratio. Based on out 8-9 months experience with Google Cloud Natural Language API, I don't find ay scenario which was not upto the mark.

I have used MonkeyLearn to analyze texts and extract information, that has been a tough task for me because I have to do it manually, but this software has made it easy for me, it is very easy to use and very intuitive, I can use it for extracting information from emails, chats, forums, websites, etc. I would definitely recommend using this platform to others.

• I like how MonkeyLearn can track customer feedback for us, it helps us get more data about customer needs, it makes it easier for us to analyze customer feedback and act on it in the future.

• Sometimes the segregation is generic based on the email content and needs more examples to learn.
• Financial category is not easily segregated/tagged.

Because of its ROI and less requirement of manpower. On average we are getting 200 - 250% ROI quarterly. Also, we have reduced the team size but without affecting our business process and outcome

1- ROI is better than MS translator 2- MS translator just provide result more based on factually correct and hance loosed human emotions. Google Cloud Natural Language API is much better in this domain.

• Extract custom data within texts.
• Their labeling process is fast and efficient.
• The Studio version of the tool is an excellent option for a complete analysis solution.
