Overall Satisfaction with MonkeyLearn

For feedback analysis of customers with Service request closures and project closures, where the customer survey form is sent with the request for detailed feedback on how the service was, how the communication flow was, how the interaction, updates, and the overall communication end to end was. Customer experience is fully captured.
  • Segregation of topics.
  • Tone of the feedbacks based on positivity and negativity.
  • Subcategory of Service requests, project based or standard feedbacks.
  • Sometimes the segregation is generic based on the email content and needs more examples to learn.
  • Financial category is not easily segregated/tagged.
  • The feedbacks sorting has become much easier.
  • Negative feedbacks are quickly addressed via right priority.
  • Data insight reports generations are less tedious and can be sent faster to management.

For shorter sorting of feedbacks, where the content is straightforward, simple words and the tone is neutral/negative/positive it's easy to work with. Sometimes the feedbacks are lengthy and complex, we see MonkeyLearn struggle in such areas and need manual intervention to make it work. The data insights are quite well pictorially summarised which is a good thing for a higher management view.
