Overall Satisfaction with MonkeyLearn

MonkeyLearn allows me to turn my ticket data into tags for my Zendesk, which is great for me to connect with customers properly and I can even upload CSVs and connect with my apps via direct integrations, Zapier, or API. I get a lot of data from my users, but I don't have the time or the ability to read through the feedback I receive. By using the tags that MonkeyLearn creates for me, I can quickly scan my data and find trends.

MonkeyLearn is a great tool for helping you extract data from text. It is also great for building other machine learning and data extraction tools if you are familiar with machine learning and natural language processing. I was able to use MonkeyLearn to extract data from text, but I found it to be more helpful when I was developing a way to evaluate open-ended answers in customer surveys.
