Overall Satisfaction with MonkeyLearn
MonkeyLearn allows me to turn my ticket data into tags for my Zendesk, which is great for me to connect with customers properly and I can even upload CSVs and connect with my apps via direct integrations, Zapier, or API. I get a lot of data from my users, but I don't have the time or the ability to read through the feedback I receive. By using the tags that MonkeyLearn creates for me, I can quickly scan my data and find trends.
