Gravity Forms vs. SurveyLab

Gravity Forms is fine for general use such as a contact form. It is not suitable for using in conjunction with their PayPal Checkout add-on.

MySurveyLab is best to use to measure satisfaction, both employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction.

• They have great support that always will help you.
• MySurveyLab is very flexible. Some things can be done in several ways.
• They have a very good analytics module with trends, dashboards and data segments. This can give you another view of your data.
• Collectors add flexibility to surveys. You can collect surveys from a few different source at once
• They have a mobile application that can collect responses offline(!)

• Their PayPal checkout does not work as described.

• Summary export in Excel could be nicer.
• Tags in the left menu could be more intuitive.

I need this for my forms and can't live without it.

Because I lost hours of time (revenue) trying to figure out why their PayPal Checkout add-on wasn't sending the correct data to PayPal. Although I followed Gravity Forms documentation and also reached out to support.

Very responsive and helpful.

• I recommended Gravity Forms to a client that accepts subscription payments online. After purchasing the plugin and the PayPal Checkout add-on, I spent hours and hours trying to get it to sync correctly with PayPal. It never did, so I ended up using PayPal's built-in buttons. Which defeated the whole purpose of purchasing Gravity Forms and the add-on. Gravity Form's support tried to help, but had no explanation as to why the PayPal checkout add-on wasn't working.

• With MySurveyLab we were able to react immediately when customers were not happy, and this reduced churn a lot
