Greenshades vs. HouseCall Pro

We used to have ADP for payroll, the gold standard. I guess to save a few bucks my company switched to Greenshades. From time to time my payroll stub does not show up on time. I asked my HR department about this and was told they are not fond of Greenshades. I call Greenshades to ask about the delay. They do not have any support contact information on the employee website I use to get my payroll information. I had to google them and found a support contact on their website. Not good. When I spoke to someone to ask about the pay stub delays, he hung up on me.

Smaller companies (less than 30 employees) and where their isn't recurring services. It's great for one-time service providers.

It is much easier to adopt than other FSMs we have tried. While easy to adopt, it is robust and powerful. We were up and running in a matter of days, not weeks.

In my previous place of employment, we used the Paycom system as our resource for managing hours and time. I do believe that the Paycom system had more privacy and safety aspects implemented with their software. However, Greenshades Software is a very user-friendly website that provides all of the resources that are necessary to do the job well!

Knowify has job costing but lacks the ability to invoice in the field and requires more work from [the] office staff.
