Greenshades vs. Mind Workplace

We used to have ADP for payroll, the gold standard. I guess to save a few bucks my company switched to Greenshades. From time to time my payroll stub does not show up on time. I asked my HR department about this and was told they are not fond of Greenshades. I call Greenshades to ask about the delay. They do not have any support contact information on the employee website I use to get my payroll information. I had to google them and found a support contact on their website. Not good. When I spoke to someone to ask about the pay stub delays, he hung up on me.

Well Suited - Time Management, Leave Management, Performance Management Less Appropriate IOS, and Andriod apps are not present

• Requesting Time- Off, which can include PTO and sick time.
• Managing the hours that you have worked during each pay period.
• Seeing past pay information.
• Quick access to W-2.

• Pop-Up notification is very frequent.

In my previous place of employment, we used the Paycom system as our resource for managing hours and time. I do believe that the Paycom system had more privacy and safety aspects implemented with their software. However, Greenshades Software is a very user-friendly website that provides all of the resources that are necessary to do the job well!

Mind Workplace has been a tremendous benefit for our Employee Management, making the process much smoother. It is very user-friendly and innovative with regularly new features and improvements to prove a great user experience. I definitely enjoy employee time management and leave management. Mind Workplace is a highly recommended software for all businesses.

• Eliminates the need for a GP server to run our payroll internally
• Assists greatly with filing our tax returns on-time and correctly.

• Positive - Employee Retention percentage has increased due to better Employee management through MWP
• Negative - The UI could have been better
