Greenshades vs. WorkforceHub by SwipeClock

We used to have ADP for payroll, the gold standard. I guess to save a few bucks my company switched to Greenshades. From time to time my payroll stub does not show up on time. I asked my HR department about this and was told they are not fond of Greenshades. I call Greenshades to ask about the delay. They do not have any support contact information on the employee website I use to get my payroll information. I had to google them and found a support contact on their website. Not good. When I spoke to someone to ask about the pay stub delays, he hung up on me.

It is a great system, pretty easy to use. The only suggestion I have is to improve the time it takes to set up. It seems like it takes a bit too long. Otherwise, it's a great and robust tool.

In my previous place of employment, we used the Paycom system as our resource for managing hours and time. I do believe that the Paycom system had more privacy and safety aspects implemented with their software. However, Greenshades Software is a very user-friendly website that provides all of the resources that are necessary to do the job well!
