It is well suited for doing a pre screening of candidates on certain assessments. Whenever you post a requirement, you get lot of applications, so the initial screening on the technical skills can be done by giving them a skilled assessment, which will help us to filter candidates better and this also saves the time of the actual interviews as they would get better screened candidates.

• Coding challenges selection based on skill sets
• MCQ selection from the library based on skill sets
• Adding marks for each question
• Ordering the questions in the assessment

• Customer Service initially was poor, but we now have a good account manager. However, compared to Checkster, (outmatch acquired) there is a clear service level difference.
