Help Desk Migration vs. Memonic

The Memonic tool is a very powerful application that is hugely used by students, research scholars, journalists,s and corporate employees. It helps to jot down important points or a summary which makes a user brief the task with other people. Software is easy to use and has a basic touch. Content can be stored and shared easily.

• Listening and gathering information
• Transitioning work among their staff - we talked to 4 different people during the project, and ever single person was up to speed on the work and status
• Reasonably priced

• Easy to use web surface.
• Easy sync of data between any device.
• Notes are stored without ay hassle and can be fetched even if you are not online.

• I think the field map could be a little more entuitive with better explanations of what each field is for.

• Application is little bit out dated and can have a new UI.
• Basic Grammar and Spell check functionality should be added.
• Should include more security layers.

Overall, the service is very easy to use. The only hang up I ran into was that it's difficult to avoid re-running the demo once the demo is complete and you're ready to look at the full migration options.

Mainly used vendor PS teams and individual consultants in the past plus some more enterprise-gearer ETL platforms. Relokia's Help Desk Migration service beats them all by a massive margin due to low cost, high speed and low complexity

• In terms of time spent, Help Desk Migration cut our time down to just a fraction of what it would have been had we migrated the articles ourselves. This saved us a tremendous amount of time, manpower, and overtime.

• Positive: Easy file sharing and user friendly.
• Negative: No spell/grammar check functionality.
• Positive: Multiple device support.
• Positive: We can easily download any data once synced with the device via offline mode also.
