Heropost vs. Vista Social

It is great for managing multiple poster's social media accounts. I currently have four clients whose social media campaigns I manage. Heropost allows me to set up groups for each client so that I can schedule posts (of all different types of media) for their specific social media mixes. This is a terrific feature and makes my job a LOT easier.

Vista Social is great if you have various clients to manage social media platforms for. It is also great to manage marketing campaigns. It might lack somewhat on task management, but honestly with what it does offer it already saves a significant amount of time, specially when working for clients that are just starting out and that have a smaller team

• Two social media outlets that DID work but no longer connect are Google Business and X (formerly Twitter). These need to be added back in. CRUCIAL!
• Update Lifetime Access software option instead of abandoning it. Purchasers helped get Heropost off the ground...
• I don't have any other issues with the software.

• Advanced is needed for unlimited AI assistant, although still good value
• Integration is only on advanced upward, however again I wouldnt be selecting a package below this
• Account reviews only on Enterprise however Advanced could be handy to have this feature

Heropost is ALMOST perfect! Content creation, scheduling, posting and analytics are all right there! The ONLY drawback that I have found is that two of our main social media networks are not currently able to connect to Heropost, due to some API changes. I REALLY hope that these can get worked out. If they do, this rating goes to 10!

I give a rating of 5 because not on all platforms I get what I want, such as being able to respond to messages, create reports, schedule content, I always have to go from one platform to another, and that makes it much easier for my day to day and therefore for my clients, I have more time to work on other things.

These other apps like Hootsuite and Metricool are way to over priced and are glitchy to say the least. HeroPost seems to me to be the most solid and reliable work horse in the game. I use it daily and my team use it daily and it never lags or breaks. I would have to say that the heropost user interface is just fantastic

Vista Social has a feature that allows you to customize your text's font, size, style, and thickness, while Meta Business Suite does not. Vista Social also integrates more social media platforms compared to the others. Their calendar is also more organized and easier to adjust or edit. Lastly, Vista Social generates better result reports.

• could be better with adding more specific bits for facebook and youtube thumbnails on the publish all feature
