Overall Satisfaction with Vista Social

It’s a solid tool with lots of features created by people who actually worked in this area. Super intuitive to mange and create posts, specially for those who are just getting into this. First of all features I use the most, is the AI assistant -which is now a must for me- you start writing a quick draft of the text you want, and you can try different tones, formats and rephrase them with a couple of clicks. Second is the live preview, to have that level of accuracy for fine tuning on each social media post is really useful. Another great feature is the synced media library, this one saved me more than once! It helped me reducing daily hours of manual tasks. Overall is a powerful and intuitive platform, very helpful for both, those who are starting and those who are managing large accounts with a lot of content.

  • No free plan, however it has a 14 day try period
  • A little cluttered in low res displays
  • Easy adapt content to target reducing production times
  • Quick start with none friction helped with the migration from other tools
  • Reliable adn flexible scheduling helped visualizing the roadmap and priorities
Since the platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate, start using it and making content creation feel effortless. The dashboard and each module for content management and creation it has the visual hierarchies in place. Building, customizing and exporting reports to PDF facilitate the journey with the clients. Its overall usability is well rounded for such large and powerful tool.
More variety of features in the same place and easier to start with.

When you start working with Vista Social, every major feature is well documented and has an intuitive onboarding with helpful steps. So is a good feature by itself when scaling your team is needed. The other one, on a similar line, is the live preview of the post, which helped us fine tuning the posts quickly and with no surprises. In my experience with the platform —I haven’t come across anything that didn’t do what it was supposed to.
