Hirebee.ai vs. Workstream

In our company we like Hirebee as the most easy to use ATS which has everything we need to organize our hiring process.

Workstream has been great for new restaurant openings by using the QR code on business cards and using the QR code on our marketing material as well. We had one restaurant have 17 applicant's via the QR code. The biggest opportunity was cost during the pandemic. Our franchisees wanted a guaranteed number of applicants for being charged what they were getting charged. This was not something Workstream can accommodate but this is also not guaranteed on any job board.

• LinkedIn integration is missing for converting connections into applicants, but we’re doing great utilizing HireBee’s job board integrations, and HireBee compensates with a sourcing extension [that] works well with LinkedIn.

• Hirebee extension helps me a lot to convert candidates from LinkedIn to my dashboard.

• It is software very attentive to our needs, which means that when we have a concern or need to solve something, they solve it immediately, they listen to our proposals so that our hiring is fast and without inconvenience.

We recently switched to Hirebee.ai from SmartRecruiters. Hirebee.ai gave us a similar platform with more features and advantages. With Hirebee.ai, we can easily post jobs to many job boards and track our candidates with effective tools.

Workstream is hands down easier to navigate and create and post positions versus ClearCompany and iCIMS
