HirePro Video Interview vs. Snaphunt

I really think the HirePro Video Interviews can be used for any industry (non-profit, for profit, governmental agencies, etc.). We have seen a ton of time saved as a result of this offering and it helps read a potential candidate before having to engage. We have cut an initial 20% of candidates as a result of this software! Worth it!!

When it comes to finding relevant and competent candidate profiles, Snaphunt has actually done a better job for us than many other reputable job boards and recruitment platforms. Basically, we've been running a major portion of our recruitment process on autopilot since signing up on Snaphunt. There's hardly any lag time between a role opening up and the vacancy details being posted on the platform. Features like the available JD templates allow us to quickly punch in all requirements for the position. From there, Snaphunt's efficient applicant tracking and screening system does the rest

We also found it easier for applicants to use HirePro Video Interview. additonally, we found that HirePro was the cheaper alternative to Recruitee which made it an easier decision to go with HirePro.
