Overall Satisfaction with HirePro Video Interview

My company uses HirePro Video Interview to interview our candidates. It helps us save time in getting rid of unqualified candidates, without having to interview manually. The video feedback helps my company evaluate candidates anywhere and anytime. The biggest problem this software address is hiring in a timely matter. This also prevents us from double-booking interviews and staying on a more calendar-based schedule.

HirePro Video Interview stacks up against Recruitee because we found that HirePro catered more to small businesses rather than Recruitee. It was difficult to manage that platform compared to HirePro. We also found it easier for applicants to use HirePro Video Interview. additonally, we found that HirePro was the cheaper alternative to Recruitee which made it an easier decision to go with HirePro.

This software is the perfect interviewing tool when interviewing for our more "intense" positions at our company. It correctly scores many of our applicants and gives us a chance to interview a high quantity of applicants in a shorter amount of time. We are able to give quicker feedback to applicant because of this. A time when HirePro Video Interview was less effective was for our lower "intensity" jobs. We had a more challenging time understanding scoring for certain aspects of our questions, scenarios, etc.
