It is good for companies that want to have clear Objectives, where they describe how they will achieve them and will track the progress. If used properly it can significantly improve the company's productivity and the employees' understanding of where the company is going. It's more advanced and cost-effective in terms of adoption, user-friendly interphase along with BI tools that can even track behaviors of the employee to ascertain and plan the steps accordingly to keep them motivated and help them contribute towards the overall goal. Its management is easy and can be managed easily.

• PTO Onboarding can be improved.
