IBM AIOps Insights vs. HPE OpsRamp

It's ideal for large IT infrastructures that have access to huge amounts of data and to proactively identify issues before they occur. It can automate repetitive tasks and responses, which helps with early resolution. It is not suitable for smaller setups with less data as it leads to a huge cost burden on the business.

PTP selected the OpsRamp platform to replace its legacy IT Operations Management (ITOM) solution, and PTP has now been using the OpsRamp solution for eight years. Pricing is very economical. You pay for monitoring and alerting, but you get a full suite of tools for the same price for free (including, Patching, ITSM, CMDB, and change management) - Good package for cheaper.

Technical support is appreciable. We have dedicated customer relations managers to check and see the improvement of the tool and its flaws. Sometimes, we get to interact with CMO of the organization asking our feedback and suggestions. Not every organization does that.
