In the furniture industry, there are often situations that require a less conventional approach - and, for example, shipping a piece of furniture in two parcels, but... on the same tracking number. Linker Cloud's employees are true business partners and are able to fulfill such custom requests.

• RCP Based deployment
• Wider variety of sourcing configuration
• Product Documentation
• COM Features need to better so that Customer case handling is facilitated

• The overall layout could be more user friendly
• Generating stock count spreadsheets for the past dates would be useful
• Processing of large amounts of data is sometime slow

The package of Sterling Order Management / Sterling Store / Sterling Call Center works very well and it supports the expansion to Geographies like US/EU/JP/China, some of hottest markets for e-commerce.

Warehouse Management System which is mainly focussed on warehouse fulfillment but not on the routing and availability tracking

W2S (Way2Send) was a pain in the back for us as we could not perform most basic operations ourselves. Almost each task had to be performed by system admins. In contrary, Linker Cloud Fulfillment Platform enables easily performing basic operations by ourselves which takes down the friction in our cooperation with the fulfillment center.
