They are a great solution for any company using NetSuite's ERP platform as it is a direct integration into the software platform. They are able to accept all major credit card providers and their rates seem to be in line with the industry. As a small business, we do not have an account rep which does leave us feeling unimportant.

The package of Sterling Order Management / Sterling Store / Sterling Call Center works very well and it supports the expansion to Geographies like US/EU/JP/China, some of hottest markets for e-commerce.

Perhaps they treat larger clients better, but we do not have an account rep and the only time we interact is when we have a problem or reach out to them.

Warehouse Management System which is mainly focussed on warehouse fulfillment but not on the routing and availability tracking
