OpenGov procurement needs to keep the business model of ProcureNow. I have noticed since it has joined OpenGov customer engagement has gotten lost.

The package of Sterling Order Management / Sterling Store / Sterling Call Center works very well and it supports the expansion to Geographies like US/EU/JP/China, some of hottest markets for e-commerce.

The OpenGov platform has been relatively easy for all staff at different levels to implement into their daily workday.
