Best suited: In focused, facilitator driven idea noting or discussion session. Less suited: There is no force factor to get users to come back to the mission or page once the session is over. There is no what happens next driver for Missions.

For my money, it is best to use Workflowy for all areas of focus in my daily life. When I start to separate information, notes, convo's that's when I run into trouble. By using Workflowy for everything, I keep my sanity and my effectiveness. I cannot think of any environment where the Workflowy app would not work out extremely well!

• It is not overloaded. Clear to finish the things in mind.
• It is flexible to the Team and the upcoming crowd
• The design is very impressive and we love it
• So we can link simple to it from our page
• In my opinion it is an alternative to this normal roadmap

• More videos in terms of tutorials and use cases.
• Success stories of how companies used Ideanote to supercharge their innovation.
• The new Zapier integration is a good step but I would like to see more native integrations with popular SaaS products.
• Expensive - if not for finding it in an AppSumo deal it would have been hard to afford.

• Insert a more affordable Tier between Pro and Free
• Provide the capability to add separate files for different projects and areas of focus

I now have 12+ years of notes stored in Workflowy - everything from song lyrics to book outlines to classroom notes. It makes it VERY easy to find, VERY easy to sort, and VERY easy to organize.

None. This is the only idea and innovation management software I use for our internal processes and we soon plan to use this for our future lined-up services.We have tried GERU in the past but that is a visual mapping software and does not really help in managing proper communication between guests and internal team members.

Workflowy seems to have less constraints than those other products. It is easier to use and more versatile.

• Ideas are well tracked and centralized in one place.
• We can prioritize ideas and take immediate actions on them.
• Our team members are recognized for contributing improvement ideas and hence our team is encouraged to think outside the box about business challenges.

• I estimate that Workflowy easily saves me 1.5 - 2 hours each day in streamlined productivity. That calculates, for my organization approximaely $500.00 a month!
