Infor Customer Experience Suite vs. Nextiva Customer Experience

It's a straightforward design that works well with both sales and purchase platforms. I like that you can track shipments and look at a timeline of when orders were received and billed. Also it is great for managing contacts

Wish I could remember details, perhaps I would if this survey came sooner to the date we implemented the system. Just know it was easier than the last system we used

• The leads come from many sources so it is possible for us to manage and handle all leads at once. Infor helped in managing leads and contracts.
• The tracking of any data is so easily which makes to work faster.

• I believe Infor needs to improve speed because sometimes the application slows down, and it's really frustrating.

They were both equally easy to work with, I just had to call the past company too many times because their system was complicated. We don't have that issue with Nextiva.
