Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Customer Experience
Sales experience was easy to sign up and understand the products offered. Client services have been helpful. System is much easier than previous one. Could use a few upgrades like call blocking and the ability to archive past incoming phone calls and messages. Would recommend.

They were both equally easy to work with, I just had to call the past company too many times because their system was complicated. We don't have that issue with Nextiva.
