Infor Learning Management (LMS) vs. Manatal

We have enjoyed how easy it is to get training to employees, both onsite and off, as it is a cloud based solution. We previously had a myriad of applications to try and deliver, track, and report on trainings. Infor Learning Management allows for a quick look at where we are at within our business as well as an in depth dive of each users certification process. Our only request is the cloud platform be more accessible for data mining. With our current BI offerings we bring most of the data on premises and this involves a few hoops currently.

Storage of applicants data for tracking their profiles for relevant openings through metadata tagging, interview management and job listing locations scouting and best ways to post them are a few scenarios where we found that Manatal is suited very well.

• ATS and CRM are all in one app.
• Automated handling of duplicate candidates.
• Job board postings on LinkedIn can be done automatically.
• It's very simple to use.
• Career page with the ability to be customized.
• There are too many good things about this to list here.

• It currently doesn't support offline content reading on Mobile. This support would be really helpful to read while offline.
• If one liked to purchase some training material or content built-in shopping cart is missing.

I am giving 8 instead of 10 because we need to implement some new features in the system and this is a long process to accomplish. If it was easier and shorter, I would give a 10. Also, lately we are facing some technical issues which impacted some users experience, but Certpoint is working hard to catch up on this.

First of all, there is an hands on live training after you submit your interest form. The account manager for you will explain in language of choice (in our case: Thai). Then, there is an ongoing support and online repository for how to guielines. And all the guidance materials are described in graphics so it's pretty easy to learn. But yeah, the first video live training, you need to focus 100% to get the most in the shortest time!

The support for Infor Learning Management was quite prompt and were able to resolve the issues within the SLA

They are very helpful and reply within a couple of minutes.

Infor Learning Management was selected because the organization owned other Lawson/Infor products and we were concerned about the integration. Ease of integration was a primary selection criteria. The price was also better given the products we already owned.

Manatal fits best when it comes to job requisition and candidate management, though platforms like ZipRecruiter are used widely in the industry, Manatal still has some features which make it an outstanding system like resume parsing to find the apt skill set of candidates for matching them with the job.

• We have alleviated work load on persons monitoring and tracking trainings
• We have been able to deliver trainings to remote areas previously not available
• We have been able to reduce the need for physical trainers covering the same topic, live and in person.
• We have been able to standardize the data being taught to our employees
• We have reduced head count based on the ability to track and manage trainings.

• reduced time to track applicants in the market as well as in our system
• helped in better profile screening and matching them for openings with required skillset
• Manatal directs us to better scheduling methods and dates based on best time of our interviewers availability
• ease of job posting for our employees for vacancies in their teams
