Inhubber vs. RSign

It covers the basic contract management functions like setting deadlines, organizing documents in one place, and sending them for signature very well. We use it to reduce document complexity and extract and enhance metadata. It's perfect for managing obligations and information stored in contracts. In fact, AI-powered extraction is a great help to set up all relevant tasks during the initial contract management. It is perfect if you want to explicitly share not only the contract itself but also the attachments.

RSign is really useful in organizations where many different kinds of forms and applications for signature have to be sent to customers. In the industry where signature time stamp is important.

• It tracks contract expiration dates, renewal periods, etc.
• Automates and manages approvals and helps maintain order in contract management.
• Keeps contracts in a secure location and supports version control.
• Saves time by extracting useful data, e.g. deadlines.
• Provides a very handy reminder management system.

• Making documents that we require use as templates and reuse them with rules.
• Streamlined the process of esigning when multiple people are involved.
• Pre-fill, back-fill removed manual work & human error

• If you just want to quickly look something up the tool can feel a bit overloaded like it's trying to do everything at once.

• The most useful feature would be if we were able to type within the forms/applications that we upload to RSign to be sent for signature.

The platform helps you to get your things done. It is designed the way so that user spends as little time as possible on dealing with low-value activities like labeling, structuring, signing and focuses more on the things that will determine how much you will get out of the contract, like setting reminders for the deliverables, extracting the key information, etc.

It's easy to understand and to use, though I still recommend asking a colleague or contacting support to get a quick tutorial for first-time users.

Honestly I thought DocuSign would have more advantages because I usually think "Most expensive" equals "The best", but DocuSign was very hard to adopt for my business, the interface was packed and messy, full of stuff that not intuitive to learn. And I couldn't get ANY support at all. So we ended up looking for another software and my colleagues recommended RSign. I didn't personally try any other softwares, but my colleagues switched from HelloSign and from PandaDoc to RSign because of similar reasons.

• It saves time by replacing channels for document encryption. No need for emails; makes work safer and easier to figure out what document the team is working on.
• No need to switch between the platforms to sign documents.
• No need to read the whole document; just the places AI highlighted.

• RSign has had tremendous ROI for us. We don't have to print the forms to be sent to customer for signature.
• Huge time savings
• No paper printing. Very environment friendly application
