Inspectlet vs. LeanData

Small organization with limited resource can really make use of [Inspectlet]. Its really user friendly and don't need much expertise or training to use and you can have the entire department using it the very next day its implemented. But if its a large company, you might be better off with other session replay tools.

It is best because it works like a native Salesforce application. It is not a campaign tool or a reporting tool. Routing match and reporting match are not the same thing. If you put every campaign exception on the graph instead of in a table, the graph diagram gets too big to maintain.

• Inspectlet does analysis of sessions really well. We were able to view our funnel and view sessions that completed and dropped-off at various points. Setting up the funnel and doing the analysis was very easy.
• I thought Inspectlet was very easy to integrate. During the integration, I was able to send metadata that allowed for increased flexibility during analysis. I loved that Inspectlet integrated with Segment.io.
• I thought the tool's pricing was positioned well for the features it offered.

• LeanData's UX is top notch. I love how intuitive the FlowBuilder is, and how it helps visualize a process. I don't need to use another tool to map out the flow, and then build it again in LeanData. I also love the testing feature.
• LeanData support is amazing. So communicative, and helpful. They were so helpful during onboarding, and continue to be a great resource as we optimize.
• Territory management/Routing/user scheduling is super easy in LeanData. Far more robust than other solutions out there.

• Be more consistent on recording the sessions
• Create an approved chrome extension that can be used to link session replay ids we gather in our Analytics tool like Adobe to the actual Inspectlet tool
• Lots of times main dashboard doesn't load. Make the tool more bug free.

• When uploading leads from a tradeshow, if you have multiple leads from the same company, LeanData will create multiple opportunities. We created a work-around to add a delay to the second individual from each company so that LeanData would not create the duplicate opportuntity, but the ability to do that out of the box would be nice.
• We have a complex salesforce instance with complicated hierarchies. Sometimes LeanData will match to the incorrect account. We would like it to match to the headquarters.

Have renewed 3x already. It's the best system we've seen for managing actions and outputs across multiple platforms

It has. a really specific use case, but it has delivered all that it has promised. There has been no missing piece of the puzzle in the way we are actually using our tool; everything that was promised is in there, and we have been able to use it swimmingly.

Fantastic customer success team that ensures deployment starts off on the right foot. There is room for improvement on the side of straategic planning and business consulting services offered by LeanData. I recommend working with an experienced consultant or third party who has implemented the product before.

I tried out several session recording tools. The things that really stood out to me about Inspectlet were the interface and integration. Inspectlet was easiest for me to integrate and start sending custom metadata. I also liked that you could set up Inspectlet to capture every session automatically. Finally, I really enjoyed Inspectlet's funnel reporting feature. It sped up useful analysis tremendously because most of the sessions we were interested in corresponded to funnel interaction.

I selected LeanData as it's more scalable, very user-friendly, easy to work on and be integrated with existing SFDC workflows. I really find it more visually appealing compared to Traction Complete as it's, for me, complicated, cumbersome, has a learning curve with it

• There is no dollar figure to put as an ROI but the value this tool provides is much much more than the investment.
• To be able to know the site from users perspective is the best ROI anyone can expect

• It's allowed me more time to dig into other larger projects.
• It helps me avoid spending too much time on manual tasks like list analysis and lead routing.
• It provides audit logs so I don't waste time digging to find the source of an error.
