Overall Satisfaction with LeanData

At my current organization, we use LeanData for routing and process automation. We also use LeanData Bookit as our Sales scheduling tool. LeanData makes it very easy for a non-technical person and non-salesforce admin, like myself, to manage routing, data updates, and process automation across all of our Salesforce objects. Unlike most LeanData customers, we use LeanData across all of our custom objects... and we have 11 custom objects! LeanData addresses our need for complex lead routing, enforcing SLAs, auto-sequencing prospects in Outreach, territory management, round robin territories, and so much more. The LeanData Bookit tool has been a great addition for us, as we are able to control meeting request routing from two separate websites. Our SDR team also likes using the Bookit Handoff tool to take the confusion out of passing a meeting to our sales team.

Pros

  • LeanData's UX is top notch. I love how intuitive the FlowBuilder is, and how it helps visualize a process. I don't need to use another tool to map out the flow, and then build it again in LeanData. I also love the testing feature.
  • LeanData support is amazing. So communicative, and helpful. They were so helpful during onboarding, and continue to be a great resource as we optimize.
  • Territory management/Routing/user scheduling is super easy in LeanData. Far more robust than other solutions out there.

Cons

  • LeanData Bookit is great, but still has some kinks that are being worked out when it comes to calendar routing, matching, and meeting creation. LeanData is constantly pushing updates and improvements so I have no doubt it will get better.
  • We experience some timing issues where sometimes a new lead will go through the "updated lead" flow before the "new lead" flow. I wish we could force a lead to go through the new lead flow before it can go through the update flow. This could be because of our system timing, and not LeanData's fault, but I can't be sure.
  • We use the Round Robin pools heavily, and there are still some settings to be desired. It would be great if count based pools could count leads, and not just meetings. And when it comes to meetings, it would be great if we could filter a little more.
  • Using the Outreach integration in LeanData that allows us to auto-sequence an inbound prospect that hasn't booked a meeting has brought our average time to touch from 10+ days to >1 day.
  • I can't speak to specific numbers, but using LeanData to route our different onboarding related objects has significantly reduced our onboarding time for new customers.
  • Adding LeanData Bookit has also reduced our spend by consolidating tools. When we acquired a company last year, we were able to use LeanData on their website and get rid of their routing/meeting tools without having to pay for another instance.
LeanData is super easy to use for someone who doesn't code. The fact that it is built within Salesforce, also makes it super user friendly.
LeanData Bookit replaced Chili Piper for us, and made it much easier to manage out routing for meetings since we were already using LeanData for routing. We have recently evaluated Qualified, and territory management/round robin logic is much simpler in LeanData.

Do you think LeanData delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with LeanData's feature set?

Yes

Did LeanData live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of LeanData go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy LeanData again?

Yes

LeanData is much better than standard Salesforce routing. It's visually easy for most to understand and use, and allows for us to do some really complex matching. If your routing is very simple, then I don't think you need something like LeanData.
