Videxio allows everyone to participate and be part of a conference, which is much different than just being on the phone. Pros	No answers on this topic	Interfaces seamlessly with Skype, Google Hangouts and Microsoft Teams. The ability to have two content items on the screen at one time, being video of the presenters and a sharescreen, or open document, is brilliant. Support Rating	No answers on this topic	Pexip Infinity's customer support function deserves a full score for their work. The ironic thing is, I have never had to deal with them at all, which means that their entire development team is actually a support team because they have crafted a product that the client never has to talk to them about; it is just that good and works seamlessly. Return on Investment	No answers on this topic	We were able to quickly reduce the backlog of video interview work that was stuck in queue. We wasted no time searching through the 30+ other competitors in this space, many of which we had already tried, because Videxio had every thing we could not find up until then. No negative impacts, in fact, because TrustRadius helped us find Videxio very quickly, we actually reduced the time it took to get our project back on track.
