Good for use. Good for quality!
Overall Satisfaction with Videxio, a Pexip Service
Videxio is currently being used across our entire organization. We have locations across the United States in different time zones so video conferencing is an absolute must. Dialing in for users who don't have immediate access to a computer is a great feature as well, especially when some employees are busy driving/getting to work.
Pros
- Ease of use - The product is extremely user-friendly
- Being able to use many video conference devices with minimal hassle is a nice bonus.
- The sound and video quality are some of the best I've experienced
Cons
- Lack of a chat feature which I hope to eventually be part of the product in case someone's mic cuts out.
- The product has made video conferencing much easier for our company. I don't think it's the cheapest, but it is definitely worth it.
- I can't really think of a negative impact this has had on us so far.
- Skype for Business (formerly Lync)
Skype has excelled in the chat feature, but when it comes to screen sharing and starting video meetings, it really falls behind Videxio. There are many times when some of our employees can't share their screens or even start meetings when logging in to out meeting room desktops with Skype. It is a good thing that these problems don't exist with Videxio.
