I think this would depend on what they are looking for in an intranet service and how big their company is.

Sparkbay is perfect to keep an eye on the company's engagement level and collect employee general feedback. However it does not replace good one-on-ones.

• Ability to customize the platform to really fit the needs of what you're looking for. How we use it is different than how another organization uses it.
• It's easy to get ahold of technical support and ask questions from a high level (i.e. about how to make it work better for the organization) or a granular level (i.e. how to improve something for a specific employee).

• The software is very easy to work with. We're able to visualize our engagement data in versatile reports, getting key insights for the whole company.
• The team reports save time in knowing right off the bat how your team is feeling without having to wait for the next one-on-one.
• The customer support team is very responsive and we always get answers to our questions.

• improve on trigger options for workflows such as the ability to have two conditions for one trigger

• They provided a training session only to managers. I think they should've invited employees too on a voluntary basis.

[Intranet Connections has] more features, is more configurable, and offers more support.

• The workflow when building forms doesn't allow for when someone is out of the office for it to flow to another manager. We would have to create a drop-down and have the employee select who it needs to go to for approval. Would be nice if the systems administrator could be able to change the approver and then resend the item for approval. At this time the employee would have to resubmit or the admin would have to email the current item for approval or we would have to impersonate this individual to approve.
